I0 years ago I was BURNT OUT. Taking naps in my car in the afternoon (even after 2 coffees that morning) wondering how the h*ll people do this "working" thing every day for the rest if their lives...
But burnout isn't just physical.. it's mental and spiritual also.
I wasn't eating well, I was over extending my body, I was working a job I wasn't lit up about anymore and I couldn't take it anymore.
Fast forward, I run my own business, I have two kids, a husband and a dog-- we are in sports and activities, I'm in a business program, I take care of well-being, I have a personal spiritual practice...and I'm NOT BURNT OUT.
