36. How to Release Your Blocks- For Good
In this week's episode Katherine builds on her conversation from last week with Marley Rose Harris on the topic around our belief systems and the subconscious mind-- what it means and how does it relate to health and wellness more specifically. She then elaborates on how to release what is not longer serving you around those areas, but how to do it FOR GOOD!
Katherine uses the example of "weight loss" to dive deeper into how we can navigate our wellness goals beyond the physical level (ie. beyond the diet, exercise and supplementation route) and start asking yourself WHY am I holding the extra weight, or am I not able to release it? WHY am I not able to eat healthy, or stick to my workout routine? This is where it gets juicy... because there is something bigger at play here: and that is YOUR MIND.
Katherine goes on to explain how it is your mind-- your belief system and what you subconsciously believe about yourself and the world, that is the driving force behind your decisions, AND how the key to really being able to transform your wellness (and life!) is by learning how to release the thoughts, stories, beliefs etc. from your subconscious mind "bank" that are not serving your highest wellness goals and potential!
