17. Stretching Everyday with Sarah Bresnahan
FREE Spring Clean Meal Plan & Recipe Download (available only until April 1st)
Today Katherine interviews fellow mama and friend Sarah Bresnahan on living her 'Ultimate Intuitive Lifestyle' live in the beautiful town of Cahuita, Costa Rica!
Sarah is a mom, high school science teacher, personal trainer, entrepreneur and yoga instructor, whose passion is helping people remember to stretch every single day. Sarah grew up in Ontario, spent her early 20s in British Columbia and now lives on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica with her husband Noah, 5 year old son Dane and cutie dog Seaweed.
In this episode Sarah shares what her typical (IDEAL) day looks like and how she has been able to be the creator of this.
She touches on the fact that the life she's living now is nothing like what she expected it be growing up in Ontario, until visiting British Columbia in an "Outward Bound" program at the age of 16, and many years later meeting her husband Noah from Hawaii who showed her that living and traveling around is a true possibility!
Sarah shares what wellness means to her as a yoga instructor, personal trainer but also as a mother-- the importance of breath and actually making 'wellness' a priority until it becomes part of you (and don't even have to think about it.)
Both Katherine and Sarah share how listening to your intuition is key to creating sustainable wellness in your life, and Sarah shares the MOST revolutionary switch she has made to help her find more flow in her own personal wellness that has propelled her into living her Ultimate Intuitive Lifestyle ***
