- Get super present to your goals- write them down- create an elevator pitch that feels right if someone where to ask you “what are currently striving for”?
- Start eating MORE nourishing foods and stop grazing/snacking all day. Make a full plate full of protein, veggies carbs and fats.
- Get grateful. Share at least 5 things everyday that you are grateful for in your life and FEEL it in your being.
- Remember to breathe and do it deeply. Take breaks throughout your day to just tune in to your breath and fill your body with fresh oxygen, expanding your lungs, ribs, chest and heart. And allowing for stale toxic energy to be let go.
