Hi I'm Kat, and this is my story... 

I started in the corporate world, grinding through long hours, endless expectations, and constant burnout, feeling like no matter how hard I worked, it would never be enough. I left that behind and poured myself into holistic nutrition, spending five years working in clinics and online, helping people transform their health, while still chasing the freedom and fulfillment I craved. I eventually took my work on the road, traveling through Mexico and Costa Rica, working remotely, and discovering what it truly meant to create a life on my own terms.

During this time, I had a deep spiritual awakening and a calling to heal the deeply rooted wounds and trauma that so many of us carry. I immersed myself in mentorship, energy work, and developing my intuition, studying quantum healing, life coaching, somatic bodywork, and more.

All of this became the foundation for what I now call the Mind Body Spirit Method, a unique system I use to coach entrepreneurs to elevate their businesses through alignment, creation, expansion, and sustainability in the Conscious Leadership Academy. Seeing the results with my clients inspired me to develop the Conscious Coaching Certification Program, teaching other women the exact method I use so they can create transformation in the lives of their clients too. My dream has always been to work from anywhere in the world, homeschool my children while they’re young, live by the beach, own income properties in warmer climates, serve a community of like-minded women, and guide women in serving with heart and soul — all while enjoying true time, location, and financial freedom.
