Cultivate a deeper sense of self-love-- because you are WORTH it, you DESERVE it, and it’s your BIRTHRIGHT to experience it. 

Practice disconnecting from the noise around you, notice the inner dialogue, and tune in to what's calling you. Over the course of 6 weeks, you will:

  • Cultivate a deeper sense of awareness 
  • Uncover & release what's been blocking you
  • Activate your Energy Centres to become an energetic match to your desires
  • Raise your Vibrational Frequency 
  • Discover your Truest Self and Soul Purpose 

This experience will provide you with a space to nurture yourself like never before. ACTIVATE the love deep inside of you to heal, grow and expand all that is possible for you in this life! 

WEEK 1

Introduction to the Experience. Setting Intentions and preparing to TUNE IN. Start listening to how you're speaking to yourself, how you're showing up and the energy that you are giving and receiving.  

WEEK 2

Recognizing Your Blocks. Uncover where you are feeling most held back in your life- what are the excuses and challenges that continue to present. Find out what's in your blind spot- what has been blocking you from LOVE and where does it originate? Get present, notice and start to make connections. 

WEEK 3

Younger Self Healing. Connecting with your younger self, to understand your blocks at their ROOT. What went missing? What did you decided about yourself, about the world? What needs were not met? What emotions were not expressed/heard/acknowledged? Now is the time to give your younger self what he/she needs to feel complete. 

WEEK 4

Releasing Blocks. A special ceremony to release all blocks, holds, ties, limiting beliefs, energies etc. that are not meant for you. A collective energy clearing and renewed intention setting. 

WEEK 5

Remembering Love. Opening the Heart Chakra and creating space for love to flow in and out. Re-activating the high vibrational energy of LOVE in your physical, emotion, mental and spiritual bodies. 

WEEK 6

Embodying Your Higher Self. Meet and connect with your HIGHER SELF and learn what it feels like to tune into your intuition and receive clear guidance towards your highest path.

First and foremost, I'm a mom to two insanely amazing young boys, and wife to an incredible husband and father. I am also a Spiritual Coach and Intuitive Soul Guide that gets to guide women in rediscovering who they are, falling in love with themselves and following their intuitive powers.

I use my practical knowledge and intuitive skills to connect with spirit to support the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual growth of my clients.
