I'm Katherine, a registered holistic nutritionist and spiritual life coach, who's mission is to guide you in reconnecting to your BEING, uncovering your ultimate wellness potential and living your best, most nourished life!

This is the week we start to "Clear the Fog" by lowering inflammation. Using the 4-week Discovery Food Plan, and eliminating specific foods and ingredients that tend to be most inflammatory. This first module covers everything you need to know about the food plan experimentation, from why it's so beneficial, to what to avoid and what to include, as well as hot tips to ensure your ultimate success.

Mindset & Motivation:

In this week, you begin to take a look at the core thoughts and beliefs that run your show. The stories you tell yourself, the mindset you create and live into everyday, and whether or not they are serving your highest good. 

You will identify your major roadblocks and follow the 4 Key steps to breaking them down so you can better navigate the road to your goals! 

This week is all about cultivating a mindset that is in alignment with your wellness desires and shift into that to curate more sustainable motivation! 

MODULE 3

Digestion and Assimilation 

This week you will learn how to support your entire digestive system and improve the way your body absorbs nutrients, so that you can feel more empowered in guiding your natural healing process. 

You will more clearly understand the connection between your gastro intestinal system and your brain functioning and how to best support both for optimal wellness. 

 Lastly, (but DEFINITELY not least), we cover the infamous stool chart--what to look for when it comes to your bowel movements and how this plays a major role in assessing the state of your health. 

MODULE 4

Stress Management and Body Movement

This module covers everything you need to know about stress: what it even is, the different types, how it affects your body system functioning, and how to properly support and manage your stress response. 

  You will also learn how body movement can either support or exacerbate stress and the BEST body movement techniques to practice for regulating your nervous system and stress response.

 PLUS: You will be provided with all the KEY nutrients needed to reverse the negative effects stress has on the body, AND which types of food you should be avoiding for best outcomes. 

MODULE 5

Food Re-introduction

This is the week you become a true detective...

It's time to test those foods! This week you will learn in detail, the re-introduction process and find out exactly how the foods you've been avoiding feel in your body when you consume them one by one.

This module explains how to test your inflammatory foods, what symptoms to look for and navigating how to best incorporate these foods into your diet moving forward. 

MODULE 6

Balancing Energy Centers

This module focuses on our bodies as energetic beings. This week you will discover new connections between your physical, emotional and energetic bodies and how it relates to your holistic wellness journey. 

You will have the opportunity to experiment with the different chakra systems, understand how energy flows through the body and also learn about vibrational frequencies for optimal health. 

MODULE 7

The Mind Body Spirit Connection

Now is when you get to tie all your discoveries together in a holistic way that sustainably makes sense to you. 

This module prepares you for reflection on your Discovery Food Plan journey and allows you to begin connecting the dots. 

This week you will complete the "Clearing the Fog" portion of the program as you set up for designing your Ultimate Intuitive Lifestyle.
